    HELP!


    My question might be a little confusing but hopefully I can explain the issue well enough so someone can point me in the right direction! My son lives 3 hours away but has Xbox 1 and I got him the Xbox live with my Microsoft
    account which has his xbox information on it too, but even though I paid for it he can't access it and idk what I'm doing wrong on my end or if he needs to be doing something on his end with his xbox console to be able to access the Xbox live gold... Someone
    please help because he is getting upset and I'm aggravated because I have looked up and tried everything I feel like. Thanks!

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
