    My son redeemed rewards points on April 3 for a month of Xbox live. He used the code he received but it did not work- by this I mean it did not apply the free month to his account. I purchased a month because there was something in the message about taking
    tome to post to the account. Well here we are a month later and still no free month. What do I do next?

    Since that was a Microsoft Rewards issue and not an Xbox Rewards issue, you may want to contact their customer support via their redemption page to see if they can issue a new code.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
