    Hello,

    my brand new Xbox One X died after 6 months. I've asked for an advanced exchange and received my new Xbox One X. I've send back my dead Xbox One X and I've been charged 430 euros on my bank account! Invoice n° 12096517812. Please
    give me my money back!

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    I moved to Thailand and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to contact the support service from here. Only way is to write on this forum. Please help me Microsoft, this is just really bad...
