    Hello, in December, I

    forgot to cancel the automatic renewal of the Xbox Game Pass

    subscription, but at the time of the subscription renewal the money was

    not on the card. Today, the money was written off, although the funds on the card appeared 10 days ago. But

    in the shopping magazine there is a note that the subscription was

    extended on December 27, 2017. Now I do not need this subscription and I

    did not use it. Can I return my money?

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
