    My headset was working for both game sound and party chat now not working for game sound and only shows settings for party chat

    every time I try and go into support chat it will not allow me to go on it keeps loading back to the same screen

    Hey NEONZDEVILSTV! Are you experiencing the same issue on a different browser as well? Additionally, if possible you can call or try using a different device to see if that helps resolve the issue. Post back and let us know how it goes!
