    I sent in one of these 2 days ago,and was told it would be fixed in 24 hours and I still have not heard any thing. I pre ordered Fallout 4 and was sent a code in "messages" for Fallout 3. Before I was able to redeem the code it was archived. Can I please
    have that code resent to me? Thank you in advance.

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
