    So, I got Minecraft for Windows 10 about a year ago, and I want to get the Java Edition on the Minecraft website. I need to buy the game again in order to do that, but I read that if you already have the Java Edition you get it free from the Microsoft Store.
    It really isn't fair that people that already have Java get the W10 version for free but people that already have W10 can't get the Java Edition for free. Microsoft and Mojang, PLEASE fix this.

    This was a limited time thing which i believe no longer happens, they are 2 different games though, if you buy mw3 and they remaster it you do not get that for free, same difference

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
