    Ok so about a month ago I got a game called Ark: Survival Evolved (as a disc) I installed it and it was working fine. Until about a few days ago I turned on my Xbox and it was uninstalled. So I installed it again and everything worked fine. Then the next
    day it uninstalled again! So I installed it but I paused the instillation and turned off my Xbox because I had to go do something. And to my suprise when I turned on my Xbox the installation was not there and it was removed again. So everytime I install it
    it works fine but if I turn off my Xbox and come back it isn’t completely deleted and I have to install it again. This isn’t normal.

    Please make sure that you don't cancel any updates that are running.

    Doing this will delete the whole game.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
