    I purchased a Xbox one x yesterday. It was advertised to have had a free copy of player unknowns battlegrounds. When I unboxed my Xbox I noticed there was no hard copy or digital code for the game. What should I do?

    My headset was working for both game sound and party chat now not working for game sound and only shows settings for party chat

    You would need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from for assistance.

    Like Smwutches said, you need to contact the retailer you purchased the console. They should be able to get you a code to redeem.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
