    Does the game not start or will it not let you past the main menu? Check to see if your version of Overwatch requires an update! Report back here if that doesn't work.

    Is it giving you any error messages? If it just wont start you can try doing a power cycle.

    To do this you will need to press and HOLD the power button on your CONSOLE until the LIGHT turns OFF. Next you will need to unplug your console from the wall and wait 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes are up restart the console.

    If after this I would try to uninstall and re download the game.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
