    I bought a 3 month gold membership and i got it this morning. i type the code and it says that its a prepaid gold card as usual. but when i press the button to activate my gold membership it says that there was a problem . PLEASE HELP!

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    Ok, did you purchase the membership from Greece? If not then you should know that memberships are region locked and can only be used within the country that they were originally intended.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
