help! :(

my xbox one started acting up yesterday and it won't show my friends on connect to netflix or anything internet related really, i tried disconnecting the internet then reconnecting but it did nothing so i checked the xbox app on my phone and it won't work
either so i checked on my laptop and whenever i try to veiw my profile or friends it says "

See I was confused on that as well. Multiplayer or pro tournaments? I have no experience on the latter. Doubt my 1.24 kdr is enough to go pro lol
