    Help! I’ve tried to reset my password and it has been rejected several times. It has been escalated to whoever they escalate it to but that has been rejected also, leaving no way (apparently) to get back into the account. There must be another option; anyone
    have any ideas?

    There is not any other options if the support team has escalated it up to the escalations team. only other option is to continue to try and fill out the account recovery form at account.live.com/acsr and try and get as many answers correct as possible.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
