    My son has deleted his profile on xbox one, is there any way it can be retrieved? he has also changed the email for the account so i can’t retrieve any details from my live account. Weird thing is his gold membership has renewed through my live account
    under his previous gamer tag.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
