    Help!!!


    I need help, I'm trying to create a new account, because trying to recover my old one has turned into, a huge mess of circles and run around ****. to the point it's like you don't even want to help your customers.

    I tried creating a whole new account, which means I'm gonna loose everything on my old account.

    And now I can't even do that.

    "This action can't be performed at this time, try again later

    8015402B"

    And all I want to do is talk to a person, so I can clear this whole mess of ridiculous **** up.

    Can someone help me, please.

    PS.

    Sorry if I sound rude, but being ran in circles for over an hour, then calling 4MYXBOX hoping to talk to a person, then being told to get on line and get back on the same ride to nowhere, while giving absolutly no help, is a tad frustrating.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
