    I accidentally deleted my parents account on my Xbox one (my parents didn't make the account in the first place) then I tried to log in with that email address but accidentally created a different account. Is there any way to add a new parental account?
    (no bullcrap please). I can't retrieve the past account and I can't do anything currently. Please help me Microsoft Man/Woman!

    Create a new parent account and add the child account to it by signing in with the new parental account at account.microsoft.com/family

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
