My brother changed my gamertag and a microsoft employee told me to come here for a forcee gamertag change.

I'm afraid that the Microsoft Employee was incorrect you can't get any forced gamertags via the forums... other then when breaking the rules for a gamertag, which will result in you having to pay for the change. So no difference then the current situation

Your account is always your own responsibility, so if your brother changed it, you are still responsible for any actions taken.

You (or your brother) will need to pay to be able to change the gamertag.
