    [HELP] Xbox Series X - Games Disappeared


    I am seeking some help with my Xbox Series X. After not using it for three months, I returned to find that some of my games have disappeared. Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 5 and Mortal Kombat are no longer showing up in my games library and there is no response when I try to insert the disc.

    I have tried reaching out to Xbox support multiple times with different methods, but unfortunately, none of them worked. I am desperate for a solution and wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before.

    To provide some context, I previously had an Xbox One S where all the games were originally installed on. After switching to the Series X, they were all working fine until the recent issue occurred.

    If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations on how to fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help!

    I have the Xbox one X project Scorpio, I was told that the game can be downloaded in any serie X or serie S (included mine), thanks for the help!!
    Game can only be downloaded on a Series S and Series X, but not an Xbox One X. Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X.

    I am having the same issue with two games I owned and not showing in my library. They disappeared after setting my new Xbox series x from having an Xbox one. All apps and store are fully updated.

    Sometimes games may simply not display for some reason on your console.

    If you purchased the games and they belong to you, they will appear when you search the store.

    Another way to verify is through your purchase history through the following link.

    A third hypothesis, you share an account with someone, if you share and they delete the account as the main one on your console, you will no longer see the games on the shared account.

    Games have disappeared

    My xbox is up to date.

    I'm using an xbox series x.

    I dont use the insider program.

    I dont have most of the games anymore that have disappeared as i played them a long time ago.

    The issue is the same on my xbox one x.

    I have completed the steps you suggested and they are still missing.
