Help xbox says I no longer own game

It sounds like you are getting the “Do you own this game or app?” message. Are you still experiencing this issue currently? You can refer to this troubleshooting guide: support.xbox.com/.../insert-disc-purchase-digital

Usually, it just requires you to (while your Xbox is on) to press and hold the Xbox power button on the console for 10 seconds. Then just power it back on and issue should be fixed. Though again you can refer to the troubleshooting guide for more information.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. If you purchased the game on your tag then try the steps listed below. Move to the next option if one doesn't work.

1. Power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

2. Delete the game and reinstall it.

3. Factory reset the console (there is an option to keep installed games/apps)

Exactly!! I have my achievements and everything but it doesnt show that its mine, even though the console was literally the AC Unity edition

Sorry about this, if you cant see the game into your previous order (
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ display all contents ans all dates ), as the other Ambassador told you either you get that game with a code but it was Registered with another account either there is an issue with your account so in this case
