help .. xbox rewards

i redeemed my vip gems on a few things but the main thing was a 12 month live gold .. it said i should have gotten a email in 2 days but its been a week and i never recieved anything in my inbox or my junk/spam folders whats the deal??

Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

New to me. I'm not in the preview program yet haven't had someone invite me yet, but that's good to know. They should reward those that help the most, why not reward the ones that help test stuff out.

No i havent.. i just recieved the ones i redeemed yesterday but not the ones i redeemed the same day as the the 12 month gold

 

i still have not recieved my 12 month gold or a response

 

any word yet on my 12 month live gold? My subscription ends in july i dont want my service interrrupted
