To answer your question " Okay well what do you reccomend I do when an update gets stuck on 0% ", You can always power cycle your console. Hold the power button down for 10 seconds or until the console turns off. Then restart the console. This usually does
the trick for me and works during installations as well.

Sorry to here this, Have to ask if you using a external hard drive at all? have to ask due to there is a way to saved clips on external hard drive. It is extremely odd for it to delete games from reinstalling a game. Can't say I have heard of that one

Also forgot to mention I believe it also uninstalled pubg randomly

Many others, including myself, can agree that a warning before canceling an update would be beneficial to many who encounter issues when downloading an update. I recommend going over to
Xbox Ideas and making a post about this feature that could eventually become a reality if enough people vote up and the Xbox team takes notice.

As far as the clips being deleted from the local hard drive, was it all of your clips, recent ones or older ones? Is your internal storage full or close to being full? The Xbox could delete older clips and screenshots that have not been uploaded to Xbox
Live or OneDrive if the internal drive cannot hold anymore clips or screenshots.
