    Help Xbox one s won’t turn on


    help please we have a brand new Xbox one s opened and set up yesterday worked fine but today it turned itself off and won’t turn back on!!!! Have tried the usual take out power supply etc to no avail. I now have an upset 9 year old.

    Menu doesn’t appear

    when I turn on the Xbox one the menu won’t come up on the left like it always has. I can’t do anything. Help!
