    help!!!! xbox one not updating


    since august, i couldn't update my xbox one. when the new update came out, i thought it was going to fix the problem, but it didn't. when the download reaches 80%. it goes straight to 96%( 350mb to 20mb) then when it finshes, it says.

    ( there was a problem with the update xbox one you need this update to use your console, but something went wrong. for help etc....)

    Help Xbox not updating!

    i did it but it still wont work its just a blank bar not loading anything and when ever the xbox loads up i get the error code 80151907
