Help Xbox one live

Dear Microsoft its been months since i have been actively able to logon to Xboxone live. It says that youre connection is good but theres something wrong at our side. What is the problem with Xbox one live service this is outrage. I will be forced to sell
the console if i am not able to play any games on it

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you run a test at www.speedtest.net and post back the results?

Also, how is the console connected? If it is wireless are you able to try an ethernet cable to see if you still have the same problem?

Sign out of your Xbox profile and then back in. Do the same in the game. Hope this helps!

Did you try signing out and back into your EA account inside the game itself?

I just checked the XBOX Live services and everything seem to be online and operational. You could do either of the suggestions. Definitely try it again to see if the issue is resolved. You can play offline and it will sync when the issue is resolved.
