Help! Xbox One connecting to Internet but not loading many xbox live features

I have the digital version, the game won't load without an Internet connection when I turn on my Xbox one but if I turn on the Xbox one with an Internet connection it loads and if I unplug the Internet from the Xbox one after I'm signed into Xbox live it
also loads, I tried redownloading but it's the same result, all my other games work offline and there's nothing on the devs official sites or anywhere on the internet about this game needing Internet to play, and there is no message when the game won't load
telling me I must have an Internet connection or connect to Xbox live, I hope this issue will be patched

While you can use the Xbox One console offline, many of the features of it require an internet connection. I believe initial setup requires one as well. You can set it to allow you to game offline, but have to be connected to Live to change it. I honestly
would recommend sticking with a 360 while you don't have internet.

About 3 hours ago, I started up Xbox and received a pop up window stating some features of Xbox Live are not accessible. Soon after I rebooted Xbox console and received a new status message, Xbox live connection failed. Similar to original poster.

Network: Connected

Internet: Connected

Xbox LIVE: Failed (Not Connected)

Even this Xbox.com webpage takes about 3 minutes to load or does not load at all. Every other webpage I call up appears instantly.

If I ever have slow loading, I just do a xbox live connection test as it usually opens up my internet a bit more. Has helped me open my nat settings from strict to open many times in CoD games, should help with YouTube as well.
