my xbox live account is suspended i thought maybe i curse to much but it says its suspended 4 market place theft and the time i did it i wasnt even on so its imposble 4 me to have done ive never stollen anything on here b4 i need to knw whats going on

WRONGFULLY SUSPENDED! HELP!

To whomever it may concern. My Xbox live account was suspended apparently due to communication issues on my profile. I would like to clarify, I Kenneth (Gamertag ) work late shifts, and everyone in my household has access to my Xbox while I am
at work. I signed in last night, and discovered a message from the Enforcement Team. I am not thrilled about immediate suspension, I think this system is entirely ludicrous, by not getting both sides before banning someone. It is a horrible system that nobody
enjoys. That aside, I would like to be able to play my games and talk to friends on MY Xbox, without suffering consequences from a family members actions. Thanks.

All you could do is to do a case review if your case is open to that. You could check that on https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-EN/home

A permanent ban took a while to investigate. So that evening you get the message was not the same night you got reported.
