I have recently found out about the Xbox live reward system and have 0 points, I have had this account for years and bought plenty things, games, movies, game addons and in game currency and other things. I haven't received any points what so ever, please
help me lol

Contact Microsoft customer support and the Xbox Live customer support reps should be able to help you out. How did he end up getting so angry he decided to start harassing you?

Save Data Issue (Quantum Break)

I'm having trouble playing Quantum Break today. It says it can't sync my save data (a pretty common issue), but Xbox Support isn't responding and it appears Xbox Live is working fine. Help?

Hi, note that unfortunately, you would have had to sign up for the rewards program in order to have received the rewards points at the time, and cannot receive them retroactively.

Additionally, Xbox Live Rewards has now merged into Microsoft Rewards. I'd definitely recommend checking it out- you can earn points for specific tasks and use those points to get prizes like gift certificates and Xbox Live Gold

Support will check into your account, but keep in mind that in order to qualify for the first purchase offer, the content has to be purchased using currency from your Microsoft account balance. Credit card/Paypal purchases are not eligible for that offer.

Regarding Rewards for game purchases, after reviewing your account and your statement, it sounds like you may not be clear on how to earn in our program. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We have reached out to our MicrosoftStore.com team, and they do not report any console purchase for this account. The console upgrade offers were only for purchases of consoles from MicrosoftStore.com. Purchases from places like a physical retail store would
not qualify (we cannot track those purchases in any way).

Regarding the first time purchase offer, as Smwutches' says, you must make a purchase using your Microsoft Account as the payment method in order to complete that offer.
