    Help - Xbox live permanently suspended?


    hello, okay so my boyfriend was cussing someone out on xbox live under my Gamertag because the guy was sexually harassing me. That guy reported me and okay I got reported and originally it said that I was suspended until like 21st if June and now it's saying
    that I am still temporarily suspended from Xbox 360 and on xboxone but it doesn't say until when. And at the end it says that my account is permanently banned from Xbox live !? Please help me.

    I was permanently banned from xbox live when a hacker got into my account and changed my rank and gave me a lot of cash and i got banned on xbox live can somebody help me get my account back

    But they're still suspended from Xbox LIVE...Forever. A permanent suspension is the same as a ban.

    Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.
