Help xbox Live Gold

Hi,

I'd like to report a problem. On my Xbox one S console in the xbox Live Gold community I can not

download games intended for xbox 360 (backward compatibility). I consulted other users and I know

that downloading those games should be possible. Whenever I try to add those games to my library I

encounter an error. Internet connection is correct and working, xbox live gold is active (I have 6

months subscribtion).

I am asking for urgent help. I have a Gold subscribtion that I can not use. The problem occurs from

the date I bought the console which is 2018-05-06

Since then I missed few games that I would like you to add to my library/my account –especially -

virtua fighter 5, splinter cell conviction, lego indiana jones 2, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed

Vanquish.

Half way down they say that you get Netflix, Hulu, HBO, their first born sons, etc. without gold membership. Hope this helps you out!

Hi! Do you receive any error code or message? Unfortunately we can't add these games to your library as you should have reached out to us/Xbox Support before they disappeared as Games with Gold. Try performing a power cycle/hard reset and let us know if
that works so that you can install the currently available Games with Gold:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Thanks for your post. To play any multiplayer game over Xbox Live, you much have an Xbox Profile with an active Xbox Live Gold Subscription. For more information on what comes with Xbox Live Gold, check out this article:

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your friend is being asked to purchase Xbox Live Gold when he tries playing with you. The multiplayer features of Xbox Live require that both accounts have an Xbox Live Gold subscription. An
account that doesn't have an Xbox Live Gold subscription can still play online if another

account that does have Xbox Live Gold is sharing it through the home console feature. Your friend will need to get Xbox Live Gold in order to play with you. We hope this information helps

If your console included an Xbox Live Gold subscription, it will be on a leaflet inside the box. If a subscription was not included with your bundle, then you will need to purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription separately, in order to access the Xbox Live
Gold benefits.
