    Help xbox live gold blocked


    My account was suspended due to my credit card being obsolete. I paid the missing money, it was taken on my account and yet i'm still unable to have my xbox live gold yet.

    Got charged BRL 2.00 on my credit card but didn't renewed the Live Gold

    Hi! Today I've purchased the promotional renew of Xbox Live Gold for BRL 2.00, got charged on my credit card but it seems the Live Gold access still blocked on my account. Can you help me?

    Hey again,

    it is because my Xbox Account is blocked, since my Credit Card was blocked due to misuse.

    So my Xbox Gold Membership could not be paid.

    I will now call Xbox Live Support to resolve issue since entering new credit Card number did not work.

    So, when trying to access the Marketplace in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing on a teen account using the Xbox 360, there is an error message. The error message was "You do not have sufficient Xbox Live privileges to access this feature" and the settings are

    Does the account have issues with any other games?
