Help!!!! Xbox live disconnection

OK so I have a black 360 slim. Every time I play an online match I disconnect from live within five minutes. I can then reconnect to live but it will kick me again once I start up a match. offline will take longer to disconnect but I will still disconnect
me. This has been going on for a week and xbox has trouble shooted everything with me. Clearing cache, deleting and downloading profile, they even said it might be my router /modem because my brother has his xbox on the same WiFi but like I said it's only
been going on for a week and I have had this modem /router for awhile now. I also have taken it to a friend's house and he has the same iInternet as me and it works fine over at his home. I just don't know what could possibly be going wrong some please give
me a solution.

Xbox connection issues HELP!!!

Why do I only disconnect from an xbox live party when a certain person joins my party? It also causes whatever game I'm playing to lag and sometimes disconnect. Really frustrating. We both have open NAT types. Otherwise connection is flawless. Even have gone into my router settings and opened all necessary ports. PLEASE HELP!!!

 

Backwards compatibility question

Hi, so I downloaded NBA Jam Fire Edition on my Xbox One. So I launched it and it said disconnected from Xbox Live using the 360 titles, then when I was in the game I tried to sign into my Xbox Live it showed the 360 login screen which I selected to sign in and said sorry this profile can't connect to the Xbox live on this console. Now I just wondering if you are able to sign in for the backwards compatible games or its just you as a continue without save thing. Sorry just was able to find an answers for this. Thanks for any help!

 

Hello, is there away you try and delete profile only and clear cache 3 times. For me again. See if it works. If not the please post back here .

 

Is it possible the same profile is logged into on more than one device at the same time?
