Help. Xbox 360 Wont Save!

Sorry to hear that you're having this problem with your daughter's profile.

I would say that if the previously posted troubleshooting steps didn't work, then to try rolling back your updates as outlined in
Solution 7 of our page entitled
Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console.

This will uninstall updates to your console and reinstall them.

When you get a chance, give that step a shot and let us know how that helped.

No I have tried everything and now my maps are corrupted too. Can I delete the game and reinstall? Will I be able to get my purchases back? Because I have almost all of the downloadable content and I dont want to lose it. I dont know how to fix it other
than trying to reinstall it completely.

No all her saved Minecraft and Terraria files are gone. And any new ones she starts they become corrupt and wont stay saved. She tried to load them and they crash.

If you're on the Xbox One do the following:
remove and re-add your account.



Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

If you're on an Xbox 360:
'How to add or remove an Xbox Profile on Xbox 360'

Note choose the following option:

• Delete Profile Only – This deletes the Xbox profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

You can reinstall the game. Any purchases that were made digitally will still be there, and be able to reinstall them. As for the corrupt files, you could try a roll back on the updates.

To reinstall the latest Xbox 360 update, follow these steps:

1. Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache" section above.
   
2. Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
   1. Press the Guide button
      on your controller.
   2. Go to settings and select System.
   3. Select Storage.
   4. Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
      
   5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.
