HELP!! X box one black screen

I had my x box one for 2 months this is bull crap! Last night I try to play witcher 3, and all it did was loading well sorry please wait after 5 minutes. I went to home page and took disc out and shut down game system. Well, I turn the game back on and now
its just a blank screen no sound no nothing. I did everything from other forums and absolutely nothing. All It does is you see the green screen with the x box logo and loading after that its just a black screen. The game is on but diesnt load nor any kind
of sound. 400+ down the drain. I dont know what else to do.

i just bought a new x box one set it up and i get the green x box one screen then black i can not do anything else

Can anyone help, when I start my x box one it starts by loading the green logo screen for around 30 seconds, then the screen just goes black and will not go any further

Did you try to power cycle it? Power it down and unplug the power cord from the wall and wait 5 minutes and power it on see if it works. If that doesn't work you may have to use the warrenty since it's only 2 months old you should have a warrenty.

 

Actually its been unplugged for an hour , so I just plugged it in the wall and the power supply box is still orange.? What now? Turn the game system on still?

 

Hey well, I try. Nothing. Just the x box one green logo screen than complete darkness. I hope I still have my receipt.

 

Give hard reset a go if you haven't already tried. Turn it on and the keep your finger on the power button for 5-10 seconds.

 

Ive tried everything multiple times. Nothing is happening. It seems I have to spend more money to ship it to fix the console since 400 wasn't enough. Its brand new this shouldnt be happening .

 

Contact the shop where you got it from see if they'll exchange it
