Help with Xbox One X update... Console stopped

You've said you've got an 'Xbox X'. Are you saying you've got the older Xbox One X, or the current generation Series X?

I know this might be frustrating for you, but be aware that updates themselves don't break consoles. If the console stops working correctly after an update, generally it means that there was something wrong with the console before the update occurred. Correlation does not imply causation.

What section does the system update stop at 13%? Download, Verification or Applying?

If its the Download section, and your network connection is good, a
Power cycle of the console should allow the update to continue.

It is the first time i switch on Xbox One X, i cant update... All time appear this error...

I'm having the same problem bro, I bought a new xbox one S today and it doesn't update, it stops at 904mb and gives the same error. It is a problem on the console?

It somewhat helps... i guess the million dollar questions will be: “if it works works on the xbox one (original) but doesnt work with the xbox one s/x, can i assume that this is a firmware item? If so is it a matter of time till the original xbox one stops
working or perhaps an update for the one s/x that will fix the issue?

The latest update has caused my new xbox one x to stop working as well. Everytime the update has to reset, the Xbox goes into limp mode. Took it to geek squad, they are starting to see more xbox consoles come in with the same problem. Nothing wrong with internals, just the new update.
