Help with XBOX One set up

HELP !!! I need so much help with this Xbox one !!! We got the Minecraft version for our kids for Christmas and I think it's still not set up right...lol....I, for some reason have 4 "users" set up in it, but I thought I was setting up a parent account
and then the kids underneath it... I guess the Minecraft didnt' come with a disc, we had to download from the internet, well its not available on all the accounts ? It can only be played under the one account ? I thought since I downloaded it on my "parent"
account, all the other accounts could use it? Also, it's running a lot of internet usage, even when not turned on...I need help, this has been the biggest disappointment we have bought....is ther a book for Dummies or step by step or something ??!!?!?

Help with xbox one set up

You'll need a new Gold Membership.

One membership per person.

They used to have a family plan but it was eliminated last year.

There have been rumors of bringing it back but nothing confirmed.

However, if your son doesn't mind you using his profile (and getting more Gamerscore) you can use it on the Xbox One.

It was probably you who are paying for the membership anyway.

Help with xbox one set up

Hi all

I need help my sons both play online one has a xbox 360 one has a PS3. I've. Just got myself an xbox one and I would like to play online. How do I go about this without logging them out! Is it as simple as setting up a new xbox live account with a different
email. Or is there a different why . Any help would be much appreciated .

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. In order to share games or your gold membership with others on your console you'll either need to have your account signed in or set as Home on the console. Click the link below to see how to set your tag as Home.

As for the internet useage, if your console is set to instant on with background downloads then it will automatically update when you're not using it. This includes system and game updates.

If FIFA is for your friend's son then you will need to have his gamertag on the console to download it so that the game is linked to his account (the game will link to whichever tag downloads it first and cannot be switched).

Now, this will be fairly easy and won't spoil the surprise. Have your friend come over and enter in the email details of the account for the Xbox One while it's being set up. His son's account can be up and running on both the Xbox One and the Xbox 360
at the same time without problems.

My only concern about not using his own account is it might infringe on the EULA.

umm ya, you dont need a new account...just log into the xbox one with the same email address. I gave my 360 to my sister who plays games online on my account at the same time im logged into my account on X1 playing games.

Your router only passes traffic... Use your email to sign into your One. then create a new Gamertag (which is yours) with a new address. Then add your new Gamertag as a fmily member on your One. Voila! you can play while your son is online.
