Help with Xbox one HDMI problem ?

Hi, Just went from a 360 to a Xbox one today & when I removed the 360 & replaced it with the Xbox one my TV does not seem to recognise it.I then tried another 2 HDMI cables & even used the 2nd HDMI port in the TV ^ still nothing shows up.

I then take the console in to my kids room & hook it up to her TV & works with no problems at all.

Any one have any idea what's happening here ?

No Signal when powering on XBox One

I'm using the HDMI cable that came with it. I also swapped it out with other HDMI cables that I own and nothing help. Nothing else seems to be having this problem but the XBox One.

 

Turtle Beach Headsets, HDMI and the Xbox 360

Does anyone else here use a Turtle Beach headset? I'm curious because I bought one recently and didn't have any problems using it in the beginning. However, after I bought the headset, I bought a flat screen TV that's HDMI-capable. Given that, we decided to plug the Xbox 360 into one of the HDMI ports. Ever since then, I have been unable to use my TB headset without unplugging the HDMI cable and re-routing the Xbox 360 using normal AV cables. Can someone help me with this? Have any of you had a similar problem?

 

There are 2 HDMI ports on the Xbox One. One is an input to the console and the other is out to the TV. If you have the cable in the wrong port it will not display. The HDMI that is out to the TV is the one next to the power connection.

 

I used both HDMI ports,but I knew it was the TV port & not the Cable/SAT port.

Someone said it will be this:

Your TV resolution

1366 x 768

Their tv resolution

1920 X 1080

 

Does your tv make you put it to a certain input?

 

I've just done a full reset of the box & it works now.

 

Did you buy the Xbox one used?

Sounds like your trying to display 1080p on a 720p TV.

 

It was set at 1080,but I changed it to 720 & still never worked.

The factory reset has sorted the problem
