    Hi. My son has got turtle beach head phones we bought them in September and have never had a problem with them . Over 2 weeks ago on the Xbox one it's got the microphone with a slash on it but the headphone is not on mute and volume is all the way up I
    have tried everything that it has said to try on the help site online but still no luck any help would be very much appreciated as I have a very annoyed son who can talk to his friends thank you
