Help with Xbox Gamepass Ultimate refund

Hello,

I bought Xbox game pass ultimate last month for £1 but turned off recurring billing and it has still charged me today for £11 (maybe i didnt do it properly) but I’d like to get a refund but when I cancel it, it just turns off recurring billing and
doesn’t give me an option for a refund instead it says (along these lines) “We cannot cancel your subscription as you’ve already paid for it” I’ve tried navigating through their request a refund but the subscription doesn’t come up on there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

When you refunded the Ultimate GamePass you essentially canceled all subscriptions, as UGP is Xbox Live, GamePass for console and PC. You will have to resubscribe to Xbox Live and GamePass again.

you upgraded your gamepass to ultimate and the time was converted canceling the gamepass

The time was added to your ULTIMATE at the conversion rate

Canceling or refunding the ultimate will end badly ypi forfiet the upgraded time and only get the upgrade cost for ultimate enot the full amount back as gamepass was upgrade

Hi CharlesDavischas,

Have you signed up to any trial periods or subscription offers for Xbox GamePass Ultimate? Could just be that you have not turned of auto -renewal.
