Help with xbox account sign in

So i cant sign into my xbox account because it requires me to put my microsoft account password in but the email my xbox account is under doesnt exists and therefore i cant put in the microsift accont password for an email that doesnt exists and i dont know what to do?

Sorry to hear it. Only the parental account can make changes to, or access the child account. In this particular case I would recommend having the parent contact phone support for more assistance with getting this sorted out. If you live in North America

It is possible sometimes that, the account name was misspelled. Double-check if you typed it incorrectly

If the account name was typed correctly, maybe the email address is incorrect or has been changed recently

Make sure that your email has the correct domain at the end: @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @live.com, etc.

Try to log in using your old email address or phone number if they were changed
