Help with two communication suspensions in two days, without a mic...

Hi, I recently received a communication suspension on the 24th of this month for "communication" until October 8th. I submitted a case review where I stated that I rarely message players anymore, and when I do I make sure it's no where close to violating
the code of conduct, because I know of the punishments. More importantly, I also stated that I am currently a college student, living on campus so I'm not using a real headset and mic. I'm using regular in-ear earphones that don't even have a mic, so it is
LITERALLY impossible for me to verbally communicate online with other players. Then today (the 26th) I received an email saying the decision upheld and my suspension is still active. I then received yet another email from Microsoft Enforcement saying I have
ANOTHER suspension for "Harassment Abuse and Threats," until October 10th. How in the world is it possible that I harassed or threatened other players if I'm already suspended, and can't communicate online, in a party or through messaging????? I feel both
of these suspensions are in no way justified and are just the outcome of an upset player, taking advantage of Microsoft's partially flawed system of reporting people. I would like some closer about why specifically I have been suspended and what caused it,
because it wasn't the few messages I rarely send and it surely wasn't through chat.

Need help!!!

I got my first communication suspension two days ago just asking when I'll be able to talk to me friends again?

 

People cant hear me talk

I was suspended from communications on the Xbox 1 but my suspension was lifted two days ago. my mics worked 100% before and after the ban. But now i only can I hear my friends talk (I couldn't hear or talk when I was suspended ) but they still cant hear
me. My mic lights up when i talk but know one can hear what im saying at all I have tried multiple controllers, multiple headsets two different xbox ones and two adapters for the headset still nothing so this is definitely a issue on your end would really
appreciate some help fixing the issue.

 

Sorry but the enforcement team does not monitor these forums and the only way to communicate with them is through the case review process.

As for the second suspension, investigations take time to complete and was a report at the sometime of the report for the first suspension.

You also mentioned that you live on campus as a college student. According to the code of conduct you are responsible for anything that happens with your account even if your not the one using it at the time. I'm not sure if others have access to your
console but if they do I would add a pass code to it to prevent others from being able to access it without our permission.
