Help with this unknown problem, it has been like this for 3 days!

I have recently been having problems with the new Minecraft launcher, I tried installing the bedrock edition of Minecraft (Minecraft for windows) but when I try installing it just says "error" at the bottom with ZERO error codes, I have tried, repairing and resetting all the apps, I tried restarting my computer, I tried disabling firewall and anti-virus, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I searched it up, I sent messages to Xbox support, and NOTHING is working, like I said it says no error message just "error", I even tried a lot of commands in Windows PowerShell and still nothing helped, I have been super sad about this problem and it has been like this for 3 days, so if you can help me that would be great.

By the way here is the screenshot, if you look closely at the bottom it says "error":

Please describe me briefly all the troubleshooting steps done from your side, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

In the meantime try and double check this:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and give it a new try

I have the exactly same probleme like ButaJaru but whit my xbox live code! It has been 3 days since i am trying and trying and the same problem apears!!! The code is good i am sure,it hasn't been use before!! Something alse needs to be the problem! Plese
help!!

Hi,

I called the Support and apparently it's the first time that a thing like this has ever happened, at least in Italy.

It seems that we were right and that for some unknown reason the account actually has splitted in two. As of now the problem hasn't been solved yet, they say that they will study this case and try to reunite the Italian and French accounts together, or better
they'll try to erase the "symbiotic" French account and transfer the money back to the original Italian one. They say they will contact me in 2 or 3 days.

It has been a few days. I changed my gamer tag a few days ago and that’s when I started having the problem. I’ve been trying to change my profile picture on the app for like 2-3 days now.

Dude Help I Have A Downloaded Xbox live market place game that I bought with Mp And during this one part it says "Unreadable disk" Its been doing it for like 2 days, (I got it 3 days ago) and I erased it and downloaded it again still has the same problem!
Please help!
