    help with the youtube app


    every time i try to open the youtube app it takes me to the xbox store and asks me to install it despite it saying that i already own the product and it being installed in my apps menu. if i click install it says its installed and then if i try and launch
    it from the store it does nothing and if i try and launch it from my apps menu it takes me back to the store and tells me to install it again. i have tried un-installing from my apps menu multiple times now and it iether does nuthing and stays there or seemingly
    un-installs however when i then try to re-install it and launch it i get this error code 0x80073cf6. i searched this on the error help page and aparently it doesnt exist. please help i have tried everything i can think of so far and i still cant access it.

    YouTube App Help!

    Hi, I have been trying to get the YouTube app working on my Xbox One for a long time now.

    It says "A network error has occurred" and "YouTube is unavailable. Please try again later." when I run the App.

    I have tried...

    - factory resetting Xbox One

    - Resetting Router

    - Checking NAT settings

    - Uninstall / Reinstall the app (a dozen + times)

    Any help?

    YouTube created the app for Xbox 360. So if other apps and games do not crash, you might have to contact Google's YouTube support for help in that matter.

    You can try download it from apps marketplace directly on console. Try to use search (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWbYaPchE20)
