Help with the curency

So I bought a 50€ card online and I added the money to my account. And I tried to buy Dying Light and I realized after that the game is not out yet. So I decided to change the system to France (I did once in the past when I bought Middle Earth Shadow of
Mordor, and I remembered the money also being transferred ), but the problem is that this time the money didn't transfer. Is there any way I can get the money if I switch my console system to France?

gta5 shark card cash bonus

I purchased a great white shark card from gta5 on june 29th and I was supposed to get 6.4 million dollors of game curency but never recieved it. Can you please help me figure out my curency because I believe there was a promotion at that time of purchase
for my extra bonus.

 

Currency does not transfer from region to region. It can only be used in the region (country) that it was intended for.

 

Currency never transfers between regions because of the different exchange rates no console can keep up with those

If you are talking transfers before the currency change over yes but we were on ms points back then which were universal
