Help with son's Xbox live account please

Is it possible to transfer a remaining xbox live membership to a new gamer tag? My 8 year olds account was suspended for a month after his cousin played his xbox in September. Once it was reinstated it showed as "cheater". He hadn't played his Xbox in quite
some time until today.....it still says "cheater" and does not allow him to earn achievements. Is there anything that can be done about this?? Thanks in advance for your time! His gamer tag was I believe. Ideally, I'd just like to have "cheater"
removed from his profile as well as the ability to earn achievements reinstated so he can enjoy the remainder of his xbox live membership I used the online chat and was told to reference this number [Mod Removed] so that you could view the
chat conversation that I had with Faye.

Half way down they say that you get Netflix, Hulu, HBO, their first born sons, etc. without gold membership. Hope this helps you out!

 

Trying to change XBOX live accounts and emails around in the family as they're all jumbled up

We have 3 different XBOX live accounts that need sorting out as they were originally set up a few years ago and aren't in the right accounts. We have the following:

ACCOUNT1

Dad Gamertag

Son's email address

Parent control by Son's email account

All LIVE Billing done through this

ACCOUNT2

Dad's email account

Odd Gamertag

No linked accounts

ACCOUNT3

Son's Gamertag

Mum's email account

We want it to be as follows:

ACCOUNT1

Dad Gamertag

Dad's email address

Parent control by Dad's email account

All LIVE Billing done through this

ACCOUNT2

Delete

ACCOUNT3

Son's Gamertag

Son's email account

Tried for ages but nothing works. Please someone help...???

 

Sorry, but nothing can be transferred between account and gamerscore resets are permanent. He can continue earning achievements on games he hasn't played, but will not be able to re-earn any he previously had unless he starts a new account.

 

Please to not make multiple posts about the same issue.

 

Ok but, in the meantime, can "cheater" be removed from his profile? I will put the xbox live membership on a different profile once his current membership expires in September if we choose to renew.

Can someone enlighten me on what the significance of a gamer score is? Does one hit the lottery and get great sums of money when they reach a certain score?? Or does he join some super elite club with extraordinary perks?? Don't get me wrong, I understand
that something must have been done under my son's account to have had this happen but my goodness!! I don't get the whole "cheater" label being put on his profile for all to see (& essentially choose to not play games with him). He is 8 years old, after
all!

No, the cheater tag is permanent.

Gamerscore really has no value other than bragging rights. It does give added perks in the Xbox Rewards program, but your son would not be old enough to join that program yet.

 

Cheater cannot be removed from a profile. This was put in place by the Enforcement Team.

The gamerscore is a way of tracking achievements. Some people feel great pride in having a very high gamerscore with many hard to do achievements. Some people play games just for the achievements. No super elite clubs, no lottery. Just pride. Others
try to get these achievements without putting in the work in order to actually attain the achievement (ie cheating)

I guess I don't understand such a harsh "punishment" if the gamer score is essentially just for show....doesn't entitle one to anything other than admiration (possibly) from other players.

I was told by Faye with online chat that my post would be reviewed by the Enforcement Team. Are you two from the Enforcement Team? Or fellow gamers? Please excuse my ignorance, but just curious if my inquiry is considered resolved or if someone else would
be replying.
