Help with sons lost games saves.

hello, the other day my son's Xbox live account kept signing him out seconds after signing into it...he plays offline an we only take it online for updates. Well I figured taking it online would fix this issue but it never...so I
read online that removing the profile an adding it back would fix this. Well it did but all his saved games are gone...anyway to get them back?

Lego Marvel save problem.

My son lost his entire game save after almost completing the game !!! Lots of tears and back to square one im afraid !!!

Hello anyone an idea.

My son is loves to Play Marvel super Heros, but today he deleted the save game with 89% completed, so we lost about 300hs+ gameplay, a new savegame is created... how can i restore the savegames, any idea.

it will be greate, if the xbox has vss so i would be able to restore the save game from yesterday. but i think not.

Sorry to hear about the saved games, if the console is offline then the saved games would have been saved to the console. When he starts a game do you see the option to use local saved games instead of the cloud saves?

It doesn't give any options like that, usually he just logs into his gamertag an starts where he left off.

 

I guess it does ask to sync before u play, could that be what your asking?

 

Hey SleazyMutt! To clarify, when you say you play offline, do you set the console to offline mode? If so, the game saves would be synced to the cloud whenever the console is connected to a network. If you haven't connected the console to the network recently
it's possible the game saves only existed locally which may mean they are gone. To check, navigate to the tile of the game in question, press the menu button and select "Manage Game". If you do not see save data listed under Manage Game, unfortunately the
data is most likely lost. Post back and let us know how it goes!

 

I've connected it to online couple weeks ago, so would it have synced everything to the cloud? If so how would I get them onto the Xbox to play the saved games again? He' got achievement from the games showing in his account from here recent.

 

Hey SleazyMutt! If you connect the console back to the network it should sync any cloud data available when you launch the game. Additionally, what do you see when trying the Manage Game steps in my previous post? Post back and let us know!

 

it shows a lower saved memory on his account on one game than mine but I'd think his would be higher as I dont play it much...then a Lego game it doesn't show any.

 

Hey SleazyMutt! If the console has been connected to the network and the games have been launched with your childs Gamertag signed in that would be the most up to date data available. If you do not see any data for the Lego game after trying those steps,
unfortunately the data is most likely gone. Thanks!
