Help with self downloading games

So my xbox one has been set as the home xbox for my gamer tag and my girlfriends gamer tag. I have her tag and mytag on my xbox. Her xbox does NOT have my tag on it. I downloaded a game 3 weeks ago, and yesterday her xbox started downloading that game even
tho she has never bought it (or heard of it). Now i know if she gets a game it will go to my xbox. I have never used or signed into her xbox. So how is she getting my games and how can i make it so she doesnt get my games without deleting her from my xbox?

Hmm. That sounds odd, let's see what we can find. First, what game are you referring to? Now, I realize that you say your console is set as your girlfriend's home console. Does she share her console with anyone else that may have acquired the same game?

For example, your console is set as my home console and my roommate, Misses Quinzel, has MY console set as HER home console. Misses Quinzel decides she wants to farm out to some Stardew Valley. When she buys it on her console, it will download onto MY console
and if you recently purchased it as well, I may think YOU purchased it when it was my roommate.

I know that's as clear as mud but is that a possibility at all here?

something like that to me my xbox today stared downloading like 20 things

including rear replay a some other stuff i not buy no other profiles on my xbox but i stopped then downloads and change my passwords just in case i got hacked no other profiles on my xbox. but i look online at my purchase history back over more than a year
and there not there and it not changed me any money so looks a bug other ppl in have posted this happing with other stuff like steep they tried to play and it says it needs the disk so

of play time across all accounts. DLC, season passes, and add-ons are not eligible for self-service refunds. The game or
app must be downloaded and launched before requesting a self-service refund
