Help with screen choice to Xbox Series S

We have a Xbox series S and need to buy a screen. It will be used in my Children’s room (8 and 10 years old). They are not advanced players, and will use the screen both while playing xbox (Fortnite, Roblox, car games, FIFA ... ) but also to watch movies (streaming from Ipad) and YouTube.

A I am a little confused about which screen to choose. The budget isn’t big.

I found this screen and thought it would fit our needs, then I got afraid that I don’t really know if it will work with xbox at all, and second if it is any good, both for games AND for movies.

The screen (ASUS VP278QG - LED-skärm - 27" - 1920 x 1080 Full HD (1080p) - 300 cd/m² - 1200:1 - 1 ms - 2xHDMI, VGA, DisplayPort - högtalare - svart) has TN panel, 1 ms respons time, and 75 Hz. It also has ATM free sync. Two hdmi ports, that’s important for us for use both with Xbox and streaming from ipad.

Or can I buy an even cheaper screen. What is a absolute minimum in performance variabels? (Responstime, hz .... )

The second alternative is to buy a cheep TV, a small one. The hz will then be 50, response time I don’t know. Will games played on the xbox work well on a simple TV too I am not interested in 4K right now, but want the games too work well.

What do you think is the best option for my children And is it someting that is more important than other tings when we chose a screen.
