Just a friendly reminder though that to sync a cloud you simply need to quit the game and then re-launch. Make sure not to cancel the syncing process for it to be successful.

thanks for the answer, but its not working for me, in the EA menu appears the 230 hours of the game but when i get into it, its appear nothing i dont know what to do

content can be transferred from one external storage device via the steps on the following links:

Keep in mind that on the Xbox One save games are synchronized to the cloud and are, as far as I know, not stored on an external storage device on the Xbox One

I don't think you will be able to recover your data unfortunately. When you format a hard drive it wipes what's on it and makes it so that the device that formatted it can use it to store files. When you did that with your Mac computer it would of deleted
your GTA V save file. Yeah you will also have to format the hard drive for the Xbox 360 again, in order for it to save games or game saves. Look at the
