Help with Rise of Iron

I just installed the Rise of Iron Destiny expansion game to my sons XBox 1. However, the game always starts him at the Taken King. He has already reached level 40 (a few times ) on the 360, and is trying to start playing the Rise of Iron game on the Xbox
1. I tried to redeem the codes from the insert that came with the game, but it keeps telling me I need to re-purchase the add ons and the Rise of Iron download. This does not make sense since the game disk was factory sealed when I opened it. Can anyone
assist with these issues? My son is anxious to play!

Child account lost ability to play downloaded content 'Rise of Iron' on our Home Xbox

Yesterday, my son was unable to continue playing the Rise of Iron content within Destiny. The game loads and allows access to the director screen but all 'Rise of Iron' content is blocked with a banner that say 'Rise of Iron Required'.

We have Rise of Iron installed properly on the console (I can play with my gamer tag) but it seems unable to accept that he is a valid user of that particular add-on.

Help Please.

 

Destiny Rise of Iron issues

Plzs help me with destiny rise of iron. It haven't work for a week Plzs help me!!!!!!!!!!!

 

As of this past August character progression in Destiny does not carry over from the 360 to the One. Because of this your son will have had to start over on the One when he began playing the game. More than likely his light level is too low to access Rise
of Iron but it should open up for him once his level gets high enough.
