    Help with Rewards credits


    Hi, my gamertag is and I am a member of X-Box Live Rewards. I have 21,000 credits and they are supposed to be banked every 15th and 30th of the month but it didn't convert on the 15th and now it's almost the 18th. Can I get some help?

    For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

    Redeemed reward never received

    I redeemed 2 10000 credit rewards and 2 5000 credit rewards using my gems a few days ago and never got an email with the code. Please help

    For help with the rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Program Questions support forum.

    Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
    they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Oh, well that answers the question. Also, I tried to go to that forum in specific but clicking the link from Bling brought me here.

    If you use the Xbox Forums drop down you will see a Rewards section, but you should also be able to access it directly through the

    Rewards link.

    Post back and let us know if you still can't access that link.

    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)
